Booking support

For an existing tour booking, cancellation, refund, meeting-point issue or operator question, contact the booking platform or tour operator shown on your confirmation. Footsie Zagreb does not have access to third-party reservations.

Ask about a private or group walk

Three short steps. This is an enquiry and not a booking — nothing is held, priced or paid for here. Tell us how long you have and what you would like to see, and we read it and answer by email.

Which walk are you asking about *

Pick the closest fit. Choosing one here reserves nothing and commits you to nothing — the route and the price are settled with the operator who runs it.

Anything an operator should know in advance

Optional. Tick anything that applies — access, language and a fixed finish time are the three that change a route most.

How to reach you *

A name and an email address are what the form requires, because the reply is written and sent by email. A phone number is optional — leave one if you would rather the operator rang you.

Where this goes: to this site's own inbox, and no further. Nothing is forwarded to a walk operator, nobody is contacted on your behalf, and this form holds no place, quotes no price and takes no order.
